CREATIVITY COORDINATOR: The person hired for this role will have the opportunity to grow with us and will be assisting the owner in all areas. They will have previous experience is some or all of the listed job duties. They should be a problem solver, friendly and outgoing, professional, hardworking and loyal. This will be a fun and challenging opportunity and we are looking for someone who is committed to the role long-term. They will also assist with events in the same capacity as our Event Assistants. A portion of this position will include sales and bonuses will be available. This is a part time flexible position, notice to attend events on evening and weekends will be in advance. Hours are an estimate and will be based on need. Ages 21+ due to alcohol being served. $20 per hour plus bonuses. Position will begin as soon as the chosen candidate is available.

A DAY IN THE LIFE WILL INCLUDE:

Uploading events to our website and social media. Taking inventory of materials, placing orders and picking up materials. Organizing materials and preparing for workshops. Creating marketing materials for events. Contacting and coordinating with potential and booked event locations. Managing event ticket sales and scheduling. Assistance with event execution. 

 

EVENT ASSISTANT: We are seeking multiple people for this role. Applicants should be friendly, hardworking, outgoing, professional and timely. You will primarily be helping with event execution. This includes setting up event at event site, assisting at the event and clean up. Shifts are a minimum of 2 hours but will average 3 and can be more dependent on the size of the event. Ages 21+ due to alcohol being served. You must have a reliable vehicle to make it the event venue. Venues are located in Sacramento and surrounding areas. Proper notice will be given for scheduling of events. Events are primarily weekend days/evenings and weekday evenings. Hours are an estimate and will be based on need. $16 per hour with room for advancement. Position will begin as soon as the chosen candidate is available.
